Marietta Baby Shower

This baby shower was held in Marietta by another super group of gals! It was a dessert shower - complete with all my favorites: banana puddin', cheesecake bites, peanut butter fudge, etc! yummy! In addition to a great group - we received more great gifts: our baby monitor, bouncy seat, hook on chair, diaper genie, beach accessories, outfits, cd's, books, giftcards, etc! We continue to be so very thankful for how much friends and family are loving on us during this exciting time!

School Baby Shower

Most of you know I'm a counselor at East Paulding Middle School - this is my 5th year working there and I must say it's great have co-workers that are so excited for Phil & I as we continue to prepare for lil' Cooper! They gave us a shower on Sept. 14th after school. We received lots of wonderful gifts for Cooper along with gift cards which are always a plus! A few pictures below from the shower at school! enjoy!

Atlanta Baby Shower - AKA "Tech Crew"

Here are pictures from our couple's shower in Atlanta hosted by a great group of friends! We were able to celebrate this exciting time with Phil's buddies that he graduated with from Tech! We call this the Atlanta shower because the majority of this crew lives in Atlanta - and if you ask them we live in the boonies :) We had a great night and as you'll see below it was a sports theme for lil' Cooper! enjoy!

Time with the Tates

The Tate family is so dear to Phil & I. You can read more about them at www.timewiththetates.blogspot.com Many of you have prayed for their family and we truly appreciate that. Here are a few pictures that Christy sent me that she took when we stopped by for a visit on our way home from Charlotte back in July. Elena & Olivia love lil' Cooper already as you can see from the pictures below! We were able to see them last weekend too and had a great time catching up! We always enjoy our time with the Tates!

Family Shower in the Mtns

Our latest shower was held in the mtns (Rabun Gap, GA) with my mom's side of the family! It was great to be with them and celebrate this exciting time. The long weekend was perfect - surrounded by family, welcoming Cooper, cooler weather, and lots of relaxing! Our family and friends sure do love Cooper already! :) Here are a few picts from our shower!

10 year reunion - SCHS

Yes, that's right......it's been 10 years since I graduated from South Cobb High School. Our reunion was held at Gordon Biersch Brewery a few weekends ago. We had a great turnout and enjoyed a night of catching up!!! Here are a few pictures from the evening.

Mableton Family Shower

Another wonderful shower hosted by a fabulous group of ladies!!! This shower was a combination of childhood friends and my dad's side of the family. The food was delicious, decor was precious and all the gifts were definitely appreciated! We got our car seat (ahhh, now we can bring him home once he arrives), our jogging stroller (can't wait to use), our high chair, changing pad, adorable outfits, books, and lots of other goodies! Phil & I are so thankful for our friends and family that love us so well (especially during this exciting time).
