Cooper was just hanging out and I started snapping a few picts, but then I thought the outfit was soooo adorable that I wanted to stand him up and take some pictures. Daddy thought it would be fun to see if he could stand up all by himself......Cooper disagreed.*
this is fun!!!
hanging out with my Mimi - I can handle this"You want me to do this by myself......ummmmm"
"Okay, I'll give it my best plie stance, toes and all."
"Okay, dad, I think I need a lil help here"
"Thanks a lot....you didn't have to take a picture of that mom."
"This sitting thing I can do......I'm much better now!"
Cooper got a new toy! Well, not really new - we've had it for awhile, but he's almost big enough to play with it now. As you will see from the pictures he's not quite ready, but we had fun trying! We put this jumparoo thingy on the frame between our dining room and living room. Yes, we could have adjusted it, but we were entertained with putting pillows underneath him so he could reach. We finally got smart and just put the ottoman underneath which was even funnier to see, but we didn't take any picts of that. He was very curious with the toys attached and the mirror was a hit! Happy jumping! *
It was a blast!!! We highly recommend it and will definitely return at some point to do the Extreme Tour! It is called Historic Banning Mills in Whitesburg, GA (near Carrollton). We went on 9 zip lines and 1 bridge. A few picts and videos from our 4th anniversary fun! *

1st Anniversary at the Biltmore House in Asheville
5 months...Cooper likes blowing raspberries, giggling, making sounds, grabbing anything and putting it in his mouth, holding onto his feet, drooling, standing up, eating and sleeping! That's pretty much what our days consist of at 5 months. We're loving the warm weather and really enjoyed our time outside this weekend! * Double the fun for this post - we've included 5 month picts AND a video! YAHOO!!! ENJOY!
WHOOHOOO....I'm 5 months!
sitting up all by myself - not for long though
Daddy really likes blowing in my face and I'm not sure why?!
Cooper is blessed to have wonderful grandparents that adore (and soon will spoil) him. Enjoy this video of Cooper hanging out with his Nana Hankinson. While as parents we do not condone spitting ... we figure we'll have to wait a while to correct Cooper on this habit ... for now it is pretty darn funny. - Enjoy - daddy. * (Cooper starts off a little slow but really gets going after about the 45 second mark.)
Cooper was dedicated at our church (NorthStar) on Feb. 27th! It was such a special day for our lil' family! Our biggest prayer as parents is that we raise Cooper with a strong foundation and that he has a personal relationship with Him! * And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. 6 And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. 7 Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. ~ Deuteronomy 6:5-7 *
Side note - I promise all the clothes I put on him are not too small....just appears that way. Good thing we didn't wait much longer to have him dedicated
*
Cooper is 5 months tomorrow!!! Picts to come soon!
