Rodeo!

We had a wonderful time in Franklin, TN! It's a beautiful area and we had fun checkin' it all out. The best part was seeing our future Uncle Ty do his thing.....very impressive I might add! We went to the rodeo Friday and Saturday night. Saturday night at the rodeo was "Tough Enough to Wear Pink." We couldn't leave Cooper out....so yes, he wore pink too! (thanks to one of our lil' girlfriends for letting us borrow the onesie)

"I like this rodeo thing!"
Don't worry - we didn't make him wear pink ALL night

what a treat......while we were in TN Phil touched base with his dear high school friend Amy! She and her family live about 15 min. from Franklin and they came to meet us for dinner one night! It wasn't near long enough of a visit, but we were so appreciative they were willing to come see us! Thanks Patrick Family!

Mr. & Mrs. Jacobs

Cole and Ian were married on April 9, 2011 at Inman Park United Methodist. (yes, I'm just now posting picts from April) The reception was at the Trolly Barn. It was a fabulous wedding weekend filled with festivities for everyone to enjoy! I was so thankful to be by Cole's side as she married her best friend and have her by mine when I did the same. They had a photo booth at the reception which was just great fun - props and all! If you're planning a reception I highly recommend it! Our scanner is under the weather so I wasn't able to scan them in to post on the blog - will do at some point. They are too humorous to not share. Enjoy the picts! Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Jacobs! We love you so!

Tooth Fairy!

Phil & I both had dentist appts today......apparently Cooper didn't want to be left out so he decided he would cut a tooth! Yep......one tooth through and another not far behind......his two bottom teeth! We don't have any pictures to share just yet - too tough to get a shot of right now, but I'm sure it won't be long. But, we couldn't make a post without any pictures so here are several from just around the house! Enjoy!

Cooper the Cowboy

Next weekend we will be in Franklin, TN hanging out with Aunt Carly and future Uncle Ty at a rodeo! We figure if they are driving ALL the way from Montana for this rodeo the least we could do is drive to TN to see them. We get to see Ty in action and take Cooper to his 1st rodeo! So in honor of our upcoming weekend here are some pictures of pretending we're a cowboy!!! (these we're actually taken a while back and the last one is from my old school camera phone, but it was the only one we had of him standing up and I think it's hilarious) ENJOY!
